🚓 Your Local Neighbourhood Policing Team – Out and About in the Community! 🚓
Your local Neighbourhood Policing Team has had a busy few weeks, attending a variety of community engagement events across the area.
We were delighted to attend the Armed Forces event at Pembrey Country Park, where it was fantastic to meet members of the community and show our support for those who serve and have served.
We also joined the Women's Shed group in Burry Port alongside Trading Standards to deliver safeguarding advice, helping to raise awareness of scams and provide practical information to keep our communities safe.
More recently, we hosted a Coffee with a Copper event at St Mary's Church in Kidwelly. We were pleased to be joined by County Councillor Lewis Davies and Kidwelly Town Councillor Jeanette Gilasbey, and we'd like to extend a sincere thank you to Father Jim Flanagan for his warm welcome and hospitality.
A big thank you to everyone who came along to chat with us. These events are a great opportunity to listen to your concerns, answer questions, and strengthen the relationships that help keep our communities safe.
We will also be attending and arranging more events over the summer months, so please keep an eye out for future dates and opportunities to come and say hello.
If you see us out and about, please don't hesitate to stop and say hello – we're always happy to have a chat! 👮☕ | ||
